Cookie Policy
Last updated 21 September 2026
This policy explains how Beersheba Well (“we”, “us”, “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on beershebawell.com, what choices you have, and how those choices are honoured depending on where you’re visiting from.
What a cookie is
A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser. It can be read back on later visits to remember things like what’s in your cart, whether you’re logged in, or how you found the site. Some of the technologies on this page (like tracking pixels) work similarly even though they aren’t strictly cookies, and we treat them the same way.
How your choice is handled depending on where you are
When you first visit, we use your IP address to work out roughly which country you’re visiting from – only to decide which set of rules below applies to you. This lookup is not stored as a personal profile and is not used for marketing.
- European Economic Area, UK, Switzerland and Brazil: nothing beyond strictly necessary cookies loads until you choose. You can accept all, reject all, or pick specific categories, and change your mind at any time.
- Everywhere else, including the United States: analytics and marketing cookies may load by default, and you can opt out at any time. If you’re visiting from a US state with its own privacy law, you’ll also see a “Your Privacy Choices” link for this.
You can open your cookie preferences at any time using the Cookie Preferences link in the footer of every page, or the pop-up card that appears in the bottom-right corner of the site.
Necessary (always on)
These keep the site and checkout working and can’t be switched off. They don’t require consent because the site simply can’t function without them.
- WooCommerce session and cart cookies – remember what’s in your cart and keep you signed in through checkout.
- Stripe payment cookies – needed to process your payment securely on the checkout page.
- LiteSpeed Cache cookies – help our server show you the right cached or logged-in version of a page.
- Our own cookie-preference cookie – remembers the choice you make below so we don’t ask again every visit.
Analytics
Google Analytics (via Google Site Kit) helps us understand how the site is used – pages viewed, general location, device and browser type. It only runs after you’ve accepted this category (or by default outside the regions listed above).
Marketing
Mailchimp may set a cookie to recognise a cart you’ve started, so we can follow up if you leave without finishing checkout. It only runs after you’ve accepted this category (or by default outside the regions listed above). Separately, whether you receive marketing emails at all is always your own explicit choice via the unticked newsletter checkbox on the checkout page – accepting this cookie category does not sign you up to anything by itself.
Functional
After a successful order, you can book a Discovery Call through an embedded Calendly scheduler. Calendly sets its own cookies once that widget loads, so we only load it after you’ve accepted this category (or by default outside the regions listed above) – otherwise you’ll see a button to show it on request.
Changing or withdrawing your choice
Use the Cookie Preferences link in the footer at any time to reopen your choices and change them. Clearing cookies in your browser will also reset your preference, and you’ll be asked again on your next visit.
More about your data
For what personal data we collect more broadly, how long we keep it, and your rights over it, see our Privacy Policy.
